procedure

Procedure steals away creativity and forward motion. Procedure is put in place by people who want to hold their positions through various methods of hiding on paper the inside truth. Procedure holds up the natural inclination of a society and its people to grow even in times of crisis. Once you get locked in to procedure, you can forget about the child inside who once relied on procedure as a means of keeping the folks off your back but would break at any chance to defy that procedure with a plethora of excuses at the ready. Once you lose the desire to break free from the bonds of procedure, you enter the realm of the adult, the sublime and the predictable. From that place you will naturally become bitter, closed off, anxious and frustrated at the notion of having to live out the remainder of your life doing things that are irritating to you. Procedure has its place and it is valuable, but if it permeates your every moment, then how can anything at all be enjoyed? Only interesting things happen in the unexpected consequences of an action. What is unforseen is most desirable in its effects. LLC

one good thing

There can be no shame in the failure of a man who fails in his quest for the ultimate point of contact; the ultimate representation of humanness and compassion, and his desire to seek not the end of the course but the beginning of a spacial divide between what once was and what can possibly be. This transformation however must occur as not a representation of reality; an acting gig, but a stance on one good thing that brings all the necessary liquids to the fire only to be used when the desire becomes too much to bear. He who fails in this type of persuit is more so a winner than the ones who prefer to age without reason and persist without cause. They make you scared of trying because that fear is what they all have in common. To break away from such a consistent pattern would simply look bad in the eyes of the others who lead by design and follow without question. They took their creative and passionate sides and put them away in a box somewhere long ago. Get rid of the box and you will have no place to put your dreams but in your future. I will fail at that effort, everyday! LLC
