Change is hard because you don't know what is happening around the bend. Change is hard because you know exactly what is happening around that bend and you are used to the way it looks and feels as you bend again and again in ways probably not best suited to... you.

It's really simple: No lights, a candle or two, a friend... or not, good smoke, and no interruptions from anybody or anything. If you invite someone over and they bring a phone, the phone gets the hose again... and you listen to Pink Floyd Dark Side of the Moon. You deserve to be totally relaxed and totally happy don't you? shh, I think you do.
It is very possible to be surrounded by people who say they love you... and be totally alone. It is possible to be married with children... and be all alone on the inside. Some of the happiest looking people are actually suffering on the inside. The best actors I have ever known have also been the most troubled.

If you make a step-by-step plan that is doable and you do your homework, there is literally nothing you cannot do. The only real thing you need is a sincere reason that is separate from the Want to be rich or popular. It must be something meaningful... to you. You must be willing to gamble on it and lose everything. It is the only way to learn that this life has nothing to do with the acquisition of... THINGS!
