era
My era consisted of technological change that had no effect on me except in the most general ways. Every new form of music box; thinner and smaller every month it seems, and every new phone, thinner and smaller still, have had virtually no effect on me. I sincerely miss the days when it took some effort to make a phone call, especially when was traveling on the road. It was a simple process really that only involved a little amount of time and a dime. There were pay phones everywhere, and with that a certain amount of privacy. Although cellular technology has made life easier in some respects, there is a dramatic cost increase that comes with that freedom.
