Failure, time and time again, is what gives a successful person the necessary edge. While there are many definitions of success, there is only one constant in the process and that is failure. There is nothing to fear from failure, but at the same time you don't want to use failure as an excuse to keep failing for the sake of failing. That is a trap nobody wants to fall into.
