lint sticky

Politics is a lovely game, we all play it well. We manage to tell ourselves how good and cool we are when we are nothing more than broken bottles near the fence in the alley behind the old hardware store on 21st street. The remnants of hotshots permeate the very air we breathe. Parks and monuments have been built for smiling, white faced millionaire politicians. That means the parks kids play on are based in politics, which has a firm and battle tested foundation in bullshit. That means parks and monumants are like lint sticking to the side of a washing machine. LLc 98.2

inspirational waters

Inspiration has valves that open and close at different times during the natural cycles of our world. The design of these mechanisms fall into place on a scheme of silent discontent that leaves the familiar trail of suffering and tears; ripped and torn clothing stained with your blood and the blood of other's. Inspiration comes from the experiences of both the good and bad in our lives. We continually hope for the good things and do the best we can, at times, to avoid the bad things that inevitably come. I suppose inspiration has its dark and dreary side, but the wonder of it all is our belief systems, whatever they may be. Through these mechanisms we can somehow tap that valve even when the water is slowed to but a drip. It does not take much of that kind of water to make the unheard of heard and the unseen not only seen but felt by many. LLc 98.2

it's the wrong recipe

We are designed incorrectly for the time. Our transition is unsmooth and uncourteous. We have become framed like a nuclear photograph on the walls of the five star hotel. There is far too much icing on the top of the cake which has not been infused with the proper ingredients. The recipe is all wrong.
I keep hearing about the world wide this and the world wide that. Hell, we still have rubber on our shoes and drink from plasic glasses with plastic lids. That stuff never goes away you know. We use and use and use and use and use and use until we make more things to use some more. We are users and waisters of prosperity and growth.
We are like vampires in holding cells after midnight. LLc 98.2

Block the integrity of other people and make it yours, your integrity. Too often we act accordingly to specified situations in such a way as to be completely the same as everyone else. Like chiggers marching up a tree we become formed into the very molds of other's. Acting in similar fashion makes cowards out of us; mutants; flushed pieces of day old used garments from the dirty change-room of an over-priced mall based fashion outlet. Our integrity, defined as the quality of state of being, is as valuable as our word. It is not possible to have quality of being in accordance with the predefined and circular behavior of other people. We must break off from the chokers we wear and learn to tear into that which drives us on the inside; the parts that make our motors run and allow us to see new places and people; make new friends and create new choices here on this plane of existence. a view to wake up to

All we want is a view to wake up to. We want this in various ways. We want to be excited about the coming day and all that it has to share with us. We want to be around interesting people who make us smile and think. We want to be involved in our communities by participating in events designed to promote learning and awareness about important issues that affect us all. We need to be a part of something larger than ourselves; to appreciate our fellow man in ways that require no preconceived ideas other than the respect and knowledge that we are all occupying this place; we are all very temporary, and we are all frightened about something we know nothing about. A view to wake up to is what we want and that view depends on our ability to see the world from different perspectives so we can appreciate other people and their situiations. LLc 98.2
