boredom
I am never surprized by the amount of time it takes to accomplish anything. Those who set the boundaries have a diffferent mentality than most and sometimes people are unable or unwilling to break through these set boundaries for whatever reason. Security is what we are told we need to strive for yet often when we reach this acclaimed point (ficticious) we find what could very well be the end of the road. Once the end of the road is reached, all there is from that point forward is maintenance of the persona. If people really knew the discomfort thatcomes from living another person's life, and they do, then they would never let themselves get tied in with a life that is uninteresting, predictable, and incredibly boring.
