Everybody should get lost in their darkness at least once. The odds are nothing will happen unless your natural tendency is to take things too far right from the beginning. No! It is something you ease into more than anything else because little by little everything changes... even the food tastes different.
A seemingly rational friend of mine in his 30's was about to start an argument with me recently where he was going to take the side of video games being just as much a reality as anything else. He did not clarify in his statement as to video games being separated from reality, but part of a reality one chooses that operates separately from what we all still understand reality to be. His side was going to be that reality is video games and vice-versa. Certainly with the amount of time he gives personally to video games I can understand how he can see a good portion of his reality being that of a video game. The question then becomes... what next for him? For the rest of us?
