no soul

There is magic in the world and with that magic comes the hope and desire for experiences we can rely on to allow us to see the way to not do things; but sometimes the things we do are not designed to be anything but hopelessly pointless. This is what makes life a sort of dramatic overload because we often get bored and tired of the same. We make irrational choices because they feel so good at the time. The consequences seem distant just like us with each other. Once the magic leaves through the wires to the other places, that magic no longer exists. Once that is gone, all hope and desire will have at their foundation a bedrock of scraps from those who feed on lost desires and dreams; and there are many who have a body that has within no soul.
