unauthentic

There is never a need to push someone once said. This is fine unless someone needs pushing. The machine runs at different speeds. Not because it is designed that way but because the people who are involved sometimes get in the way of the whole machine itself. This occurs because people believe they have certain powers over other people; in their job this may be the case. However, what is important is empathy. There is no real power over anyone, but if it needs to be that way then the one who holds the stick better have empathy somewhere in that powerful frame or that power is of little value other than what it seems to be- unauthentic.
