aging anxiety

Not everything can be explained away and put in a box up in the attic. We like to do that, place things away so as not to think about them. Often we do this from the inside. By that I mean we simply let the bad things people say and do; we let these things bother us for a spell, then we tell ourselves to put it away with all the others and move on because we are that strong. Thing is, what that does is allow a build up to take place inside that requires seepage or run off. That run off effects everyone around us because the feelings that come with that run off morph the interaction either through words or actions.
The anxiety of not knowing the origin of whatever it is that bothers us can be disturbing. Through repetition and habit we allow the anxiety to go unchecked making life even more difficult than it already is. Before long, our face changes and our4 body changes thus adding to the aging anxiety that serves not only as a reflection of life in our world today, but is a result of it. Through confrontation and communication all necessary adjustments can be made. Seek not the explanation for any one thing, seek only the feelings that come with the process of blind acceptance.
