Build the weakness up so it can then combine what that which is already strong to achieve the ultimate in balance and prosperity. If you are heavy, you are eating when your body is not hungry. Eat when your body is hungry. You will tell yourself you are hungry out of habit and you will habitually believe it. With that, just walk more... maybe scratch the itch that was once there when you were younger. Drinking is more difficult; it was for me. I finally quit cold turkey for the 27th time and stayed with it. That devil got the best of me for too long. While I did appreciate the lessons, I have no desire to learn more in those areas from that entity. But the lessons and stories... they were worth it!
