Many of the self-help books you find for sale on the market... were written NOT by who you think. They have the face and the name and the reputation, that is all. There is always seemingly random themes involved with each one book. Yet they all follow the same general patterns with clever marketing and costuming to sell us on the point. Yet, if anybody really wants to make a change, they will. Some may never get themselves to wanting something so badly... wanting to do something or be a part of something so badly that the thought of being without for one more minute is too much to bear. For some, that kind of change must and will remain a dream. Only a small percentage of people would think of such a thing and actually be the change they want to be. For example, weight loss books and videos and all kinds of other things have been pushed on us all for decades. Yet, we are all literally surrounded by fast-food. It takes time to put weight on and it takes time to take weight off. After a few weeks one gets used to the idea of eating for nourishment versus eating out of habit, boredom, or because of the way you were brought up to clean your plate. The decision to change your weight comes from one source and that source is strong enough to make that kind of change. You will overdo it at first. But in time you will carve your way through all the muckity muck.
