If dissent ever loses its place or becomes restricted in any way, then all is lost and history is replaced. If that happens, the challenges for that first generation are going to involve coming to grips with the reality that their own families allowed that bridge to be built. But as they grow older, they will come to understand the inevitability of it all... and they will learn to forgive.
One of the major parts of any successful and dynamic film is the music. The score is essential in keeping the piece moving along within the frame of the story. The score encompasses all the emotion of the film mixed with the emotion of the story. The result is the viewer becomes invested in the film emotionally and is therefore affected by its outcome. In essence, for that hour and a half to two hours, each person watching with interest is not a part of reality. They are sitting and investing, sitting and becoming vested.

I am suspicious. I am highly suspicious of all you bastards. Over the distance of my entire life, I have watched as you have abused your positions and have been rewarded personally when you are already well compensated. From where I sit, you people have damaged the credibility of the original ideals of this operation. I have a file on each one of you and all those who came before you since early last century. You activities have been traced in relation to outside forces that are separate from what it is we are trying to do here. You have all followed the general patterns associated with your individual positions. I have watched you all deceive the public and lie to each other. I believe you have all been compromised in various ways. It is for these reasons and more, which can be found in the appropriate place on your way out, that you are all officially relieved of duty. In the envelope you will each receive in the next room, you will find your compensation which must be either accepted or dismissed by you on the spot. You have no choice. I hear all this talk about socialism. One has to ask how they define it and where they get their idea behind it. Because if that word is used at all, it is usually misused and taken the wrong way. If all we have to work with are two paradigms, so to speak, then how is it possible to move forward when the only thing(s) you hear are the same things over and over again... the same rhetoric for the last 60 years. I know folks who work 8-12 hours a day and are broke most of the time with no insurance and very little rest. And the only thing heard is you gotta pick yourself up, get two jobs horseshit. I guess the timing isn't going to be right until we get some innovative and idealistic people running the government instead of the corporate world, oil, and war in its constancy.
Mitch asked a gal working the front desk at a hospital to write something on a piece of paper so he could tell her about herself. She was in her late 20's to mid thirties. She giggled like a voodoo priestess and said, "What are you, a carnie?" He said, "No, I just want to try something on you because I can tell you have a lot of spontaneousness basking within that restless soul of yours and that is interesting to me. She smiled and grabbed a sheet from the printer. She used a red pen and signed her name. He said, "You write curfus really well and your signature is unique. I just want you to write three or four sentences in curfus about anything, your last day off... what did you do with your day?" Her handwriting was rather sloppy. No extra flair as is commonly found in letters like G and T and W. No flair. So Mitch starred at the writing trying to put everything together. The phone rang and she went to the other side to answer it. She walked over with a shit eating grin and said, "Well, whatcha got smartboy from downtown?" You are 5'6, the little sister in a family of four... two boys and two girls. The oldest is your sister. You started dating in college because you had self image issues. The brother right above you is an asshole but your other brother is very cool and you are close. You trust him. You never got along with other girls and were very much a tomboy growing up. You are still shy around people, but tell yourself you are getting better. You have never been married, but you had a baby boy at the age of 18 and he is everything to you. Currently, you have more money coming in than ever before because you are working full time and your new boyfriend has a great job that he's had for years. You gamble too much and are not really satisfied with your sex life. You have had opportunities to cheat, but haven't. You are sometimes too passive and have let people take advantage of you. She said, "Wait, just fucking wait a minute here!" I don't understand. You're not even close. I have one brother and one sister. I interrupted with, " What do you know about the year 1998?" "Talk to your mother." The phone rang and she slowly walked over with her head sort of wobbling. Mitch could tell she was shaken up. Slowly she walked back starring at me the whole time as if she was thinking really super hard. She came back and looked him in the eye and asked, "Do you know my mother?" He said, "Yes, talk with your mother later because it's time." Mitch then walked, went outside, got in his car and drove away as she watched from the front window. She could not wait until 8 o clock so she could drive to her mother's house and do some probing. Time finally came and off she went a few miles west. She arrived at her moms house and holy shit there was Mitch. Wigged out and ready for a drink, she walked over to her mother and gave her a hug as Mitch watched smiling. Looking directly at Mitch, she said, "Mother, who in hell is this man right here?" Her mother said, "That is your sister." She is the oldest of you kids. Looking at Mitch with rage in her eyes, "What is your name?" "Mitch." "No, what was it when you were born?" "Mitch." She yelled, "Dammit, what does all this shit mean?" "I am fucking confused here and if I don't get some help, you people are going to need medical assistance." Mitch stepped in and calmly asked her,"What's your name?" She said, "Dave."
With every tear that is produced, the time it takes to express the meaning behind that tear becomes less and less. It is automatic and yet meaningful because it is always done in a way in which that one tear is representative of a human design, a human way, a human dignity. It is as individual as color-choice and it is as innovative as a new invention.

Strip the self-lies and false ideologies away and whatever you have left standing on its own... that is the place you should begin your new life. Reward yourself to the realities associated with authenticity and you will age better and in all likelihood live longer with a better view of the world in general.
87-97% of the reasons why the people of any country don't simply tear down the government that steals and lies and deceives its people; one reason why some asshole boss is able to continuously use his employees and pay them nothing so he can keep buying younger than his wife chicks; one reason why wealthy individuals and well known families do not operate under the same laws as the rest of its people... is religion prevents the people from behaving in such ways as to create turmoil with the ways of the land. Right now, the people can do nothing because they/we have been spellbound for some time now by media art from the darkside of humanity, the manipulative and money-grubbing side at the expense of those who cannot see. If anybody breaks that spell, what they see and understand will be made bright enough for them to see actually. And it will piss them all off. This is why people refuse to go there. There is nothing worse than having your illusions destroyed.

I love and respect our Constitution and the men and women who placed and continue to place their lives on the line... especially those who gave their life for its preservation. There is nobody I hold closer to my heart than those who fight on behalf of this country. I also love and respect everything that is written within that imperfect document. Among all our freedoms, we all have the ability to worship, or not, in any way we see and feel so long as nobody or any property is compromised. This is a beautiful thing. In order for change to occur in any form within the social sphere, it must come from the world of art, not politics as those games are designed to help not the people, but the few among us and more who live in far away places (other lands). Those people (politicians, the 'successful one's) use religion for their own gains as their positions will always reflect those of their donors or backers. Politics is the domain of the devil and it spews out over all of us within the social sphere. Control is the only way to keep the money or revenue streams alive and full of big fat fish that feed off the media and does all their thinking for them.
You may not like what you see or hear from another human being, especially if they operate on levels that have an effect directly upon you. You may not like an ideology or particular religion or belief system one may be into. But if what they look like and say pisses you off, then that is good. That means what they look like and what they say has an affect upon you. Oh sure it may not be favorable, but you have to respect them if, if they are operating from their own space within their own heart and not on behalf of any other entity or institution. We cannot forget the individual that if you don't like, don't go see or hear... but you really should try to understand someone else's position and the ways they choose to convey their art.
Without deception, illusion, half-truths... this whole system would die. (There would be nothing for the cops to do... oh no! lolol) In fact, if Jesus comes back and stays a while, believers will flush out the system and murder it with the power of The Lord. Because the system was set up, beginning with the first dick who said, "That land you are standing on belongs to me. It is going to cost you three rocks and a small bag of grain to stay until the next new sun" by seriously greedy people who, during a time in our history, were all in with working kids 10 hours a day so they themselves could save money... it's the same group of devils operating today through music and entertainment and the movies and media news. Oh yes, that devil has been around for some time now... and then some. You cannot stop what is inevitable. With technology, freedom as we have known it, will be gone. Freedom of speech and the right to assemble, will be gone. I think that's already gone as too many people think it's just a great idea to motor over protesters who don't like the directionality of things. They're not American's exercising their rights, they are impeding progress and holding up traffic... therefor, they should all die by gunfire or car. When people use those kinds of words, even in passing, it shows the spell they are under is indeed a media spell. If they tuned out and went for a walk instead of getting jabbed in the soul with their media, they would have more peace inside their fucking heads and they would probably start treating people and animals better.
Oligarchical collectivism... remember that word(s) when you are older. Trump said it would be cool to have a lifetime president like China. You can bet your ass, if things keep going the way they are, your kids will be living (grandkids) not in the same place... but part of a larger whole (George Bush, Clinton, O Bama and everyone else since Kennedy). But these goals were in play long before Jack. Franklin himself, when asked, "What kind of government are we going to have?" His response was, "A Republic... if you can keep it". With entertainment and our television and movie addictions, we will no longer have a "Republic." It has been happening slowly but surely and nobody seems to see it all. We're too infused with media to do any real research ourselves. This leads to a belief system largely based in media which is the very last place on earth one should take in information that is anything but true to the reality of what is happening now and can be verified by more than one person. The rest is opinions and propaganda. Ever notice the media doesn't spend too much time on what happened today in the world (unless it's political)? They spend an awful lot of time with their opinions and ideas that came from upstairs. They use every emotional means necessary, just as evil does, to sway you into a particular corner with ideologies pasted upon the walls that surround you.

There is nothing wrong with having a will to win. Issues arise once winning becomes a reality. For example, new money can tempt a man to do things he otherwise might not do. I have a most beautiful 1978 d Jefferson nickel. Ever since I was a kid, I have had a thing for nickels and the number 5. Just the other day I came across a rare 5 dollar bill star note, but I threw it back because that's almost a pack of smokes. I can however manage to hold on to nickels. For example, I have a 1946 JN with full steps. All my nickels are full step nickels. Interestingly, I find the rarest JN to come across are any 1980's nickels with full steps and clear fields. I do have an 84 that's pretty clean... and an 89, but they are rare indeed. Being poor, it's difficult to save anything and being a minimalist... I don't give a shit that I am poor because I don't want anything and I don't need anything. But nickels and the number 5 are pretty cool!

There are extremes in this world. People can sometimes take their beliefs, for example, too far. Often, people get hurt. But there is "an" extreme that gets very little attention. It is the idea that in order to settle down and raise a family, one has to abandon their dream and take what they can get and make the best of it. Maybe they take that job a friend hooked them up with. They may like the job, but it nowhere near fulfills them. Oh sure, the money is good as there is always enough for beer. The question becomes, how long can someone go in life without ever trying to break off from expectation in order that a fantastic dream be attained? Of course the dream has to be attainable and realistic. But what generally happens is somewhere along the way you come across someone who changes things for you... makes you see the world through different lenses, so to speak.

I wouldn't have called my ex neighbor a miser, but that's exactly what he was in his life. He lived two lives really. He got married and had one child with Mary and then he left her or she left him and he has not seen either his child or Mary since decades before I met the man. When I knew him, Bob was a quiet guy who went to work in the middle of the night and then came home and listened to music. I think he played bass guitar. I sometimes heard a few notes here and there. I sometimes went over and hung out with him. We smoked some, we drank some, and we always got along... even though we never could see eye to eye politically speaking. One day Bob came out and told me he didn't have very much time left. I didn't even ask why? He told me he had something for me in his storage unit and he handed me the key. He said it was a medium sized box in the back marked "time" on the side.

We are born from some strange circumstance where a man and women came together and created another one of us. This kind of thing happens far too often. People with money think they have the way... the way is not here. The way has nothing to do with those people. The way has everything to do with... everything, all of it. While too many of us think too highly of who we are and what we have accomplished (by whatever means and/or friendships), the universe is going to take them away just as sure as shit. Nobody really knows a thing about what happens once we become the soil exiting from the ass of an earthworm. But the energy required to keep the meat warm, that energy... is everything. We are only temporary forms of energy trapped in a world run by psychopaths and occultists.
The people who run this planet, economically, are not interested in religion insofar as it can serve their interests by keeping the people tied to the dock, anything but question the system they set up. But religion has been slipping, showing its new roots, so to speak. Televangelists have exposed themselves for what they are: con men and con women. They are in it for themselves and the money it brings them, tax free. Make no mistake about these people as they give terrific explanations as to why they need 85 million dollar jets to deliver the word. And what do their retired followers do? They donate until they get their planes. We are... we have been in the "dark period" for decades. I have been in it from the beginning of my life. Nothing, absolutely nothing is what we believe it to be, nothing.

Like it or not, the future has no room for the divide between conservative and liberal ideas. In the future, people will demand it all be different. In the future, the people will remember it is they who have the power. These days will not come until much blood is shed as the goon fuckers who run the show will be fighting one another for a while longer while baking the minds of the people with these false divides that break apart the very values we say we stand by. Why is it nobody cares about fascism and what it means? I will tell you, because what is on television and the score of the game is more important than the ways in which the banks and the ruling classes are creating policy both between our borders and internationally because it is in their best interest to do so. None of this is new... they see what is happening here over in Europe. They have a much longer history than what we have... and much of what the public here knows about our history is wrong. You want to know why some professors go off the deep end? They go off the deep end because they get crazy and over time they dig and learn certain truths about this nation and the ways in which business is conducted. They learn about how influence works and where the money comes from and what has to be said and/or done to get as much of it as possible. they learn their hero's we're nothing but sellout rats for money!

Nobody completes you/me. We are born into this world not by choice. We have no choice as to our color, economic/family standing in the community... none of it. We did not choose this place... or at least I didn't choose this place. Wherever I was before, I am certain I was happier there. I am getting to the point where I can hear the lies before they open up their mouths. Seldom do I ever see an authentic man walking before me.
It is better to be known as someone who tried and failed over and over again than it is to be known as a competent and dependable worker who missed his... real life call. If that call is known beforehand, then the sting from it later in life will physically hurt and mentally burn. The family, the wife, the kids... whatever... it will hurt!

The problem with the academic world is that it can be a sort of refuge to avoid reality. It is difficult, for example, to pull people from their realities and then place them in a controlled environment. Even for the purposes of a simple survey it is very difficult to get the best possible answers from the cohort. However, when one simply walks into a social setting and asks a question, the answers will come out as real as anything anyone can expect. Out here, people come from all over the world to spend their money and rip it up. Vegas is a place unto itself. So, in my book, there is no better place than here to ask someone this question: If you had it to do all over again, what would you do or not do? The answers are very real...

I think maybe too many people among us think far too much of themselves. It reflects poorly upon themselves and the world around them. In order to be full of yourself, you have to forget your place as a human being on this tiny little place called earth. You have to discount the reality of everything. That... is "a" definition of what it means to be insane.
All that has taken place before us... is within us. All those involved... walk among us. Everything is connected to itself and all other things. What is true has been true longer than there has been a human capacity for thought. Some are always going to place you in the worst light. It's just what those some people do. Everyone around them knows their kind for that... and because of that... nobody is loyal to their words or actions, but find entertainment in them. They feel strength, but their strength, as they well know, is made of and wrapped in... plastic.
We all should remember who and where we are in this universe. We should all find ourselves alone in a high place. This place should have special meaning to us... maybe it's a place or maybe it's a place inside our mind(s)... and both are real. From this place we should spend time looking up in the sky and to reflect on our moves in life and how these moves may or may not be causing... dismay. And in the background we can remind ourselves as we spin ourselves around and around trying to make a decision about something minor in nature, that we are riding on a mode of dust suspended in a sunbeam in a universe so vast, so violently large that no man can currently express it using normal language. For some, a long life is like a sentence to do time in a self-imposed cage of ritualized existence. For these people, life is a particular kind of hell. For others, a short life is long enough. For in that time they have gifted this world with enough and it is done. For those people, that was good enough, thank you and goodbye. Be genuine in your nature and know the wolves will be watching you.
Someone is fully recovered once they have been without for a significant and measurable (honest) amount of time. Someone is fully recovered once they realize that because they are fully recovered, they are one step away, one bad move away from being not fully recovered. For me, once that door comes open, if it ever does, I will not be coming back and recovery will be me in the ground. Ain't nothing like a cold beer....

One truth i am having issue with in particular is aging. I am aging just like everybody ages. I am watching my parents almost reach 80 years of age. While mom has Alzheimer's, she is still functioning even though she doesn't know my name anymore. But it goes deeper than what is happening right in front of me. I just feel that aging is a slow robbery, a deterioration of organic materials to be reprocessed within the ground. Some people believe they will live forever... and who knows, that may indeed be the case. But there can be no doubt, in my mind, that our stay here, however long it be, is a real drag as we age. I see kids disrespecting old people by calling them names or making fun of the way they walk without knowing a thing about them. I don't know. I'm sure I did that myself at some point way back when... so who the hell am I?
It's a good thing we all see the world through different lenses as no two people can see the world in the same way. We may act like one another depending on the occasion. We may collide with one another... but the point is that because we all have different ways of seeing our world, and we all have our own ways of responding to exterior stimuli that directly affects us, these are the things that keep the flavors going. There is hardly anything more interesting than coming to understand better the ways in which another person sees the world and themselves in it.

We all know deep down inside what brings us joy from a personal level (excluding hurt or pain caused to any living creature, specifically human beings). Everything else in life should coexist relevant to that from the start and all the way through to your end. You can bet your ass that ride will kick back some pretty cool memories when you get older.
So, I got the M.A. in sociology and started hearing about another program. Jumped right in while racking up massive quantities of debt that I will never in two lifetimes be able to pay back. Got that M.A... never missed a class. Was involved with getting a credential when mom got sick. Mom is number one important thing. I am the only one in the family, the only one of her children who acknowledge her very existence. Now I owe... and the phone never stops ringing with people wanting to sell me things, ideas, political views. Minimalism has served me well in my continuous poverty....
Once you step away from a certain and specific way of being, be prepared to have rocks thrown at you from both sides. Some of those rocks will come from people who hate you for trying, some will come from those who love you. Wear a helmet and move right along... the world needs new roads, new ways of seeing what the universe has already given to us freely.
So, college got me excited and one day I was walking to the truck and I stopped and looked at this pole and told myself the next time I see this pole in this way I will have finished what I started. I looked at that pole again and found another one. I never missed a class and was dug in the whole way. Finished the B.A. and started with the M.A. Never missed a class, but bailed on one because I fell off the wagon are tore one off for about a week and was shaking, desperately needing a beer... I should have died in 94.
One day, we will look back and see, you know, sometime along our way (probably a million times) how we could have handled things differently in our lives in certain situations. We may remember saying hurtful things to people we love and making small of it. Personal reflection should happen often, as often as possible. Because this planet we're spinning on only gives us a small amount of time to play. While were here, we should use what we know to be true so that we can all survive for a longer period of time. Because no matter what anybody says, we are all destined for the worm factory... so we might as well wish each other the best along our individual journey's and see to it no harm comes to us out of simple frustration, selfishness or fear. As humans we have room to grow, to move beyond what we were taught and think in ways that may be a little different. This kind of trajectory with words often begins appearing in twisted packages yet refined to fit the eye and what its used to.
Understanding can only be attained from a place where understanding was once not a part of the conversation. How can one enter the room where a solution is to be proposed without an understanding that is directly related to all concerned parties? Understanding is feeling the positions of the parties themselves, not suppressing the feelings being expressed about those positions and then abandoning them based on the emotions being expressed while calling them fake or dumb or wrong. Using religion to back up a position that discounts that social flavor only adds old, warm milk to a bland, cold soup.
Truth within a bundle of pretty fiction is incidental and unworthy of notice. In those pretty bundles can hide the real and contradictory truth if the people are conditioned in that way. Once this takes place and becomes the norm, everything that once was or may have been is lost and accepted as lost at the same time as part of the conditioning process.
Rarely is there a day when I wake and like myself. It makes the world far less attractive. study as to why people behave the way they do at the same time... super fun... especially once you realize the default state of reality is fiction and it all depends on which cartoon you want to jump in that determines your worth.
I started partying as soon as I could. I wanted to be like my brothers who were never home but when I saw them about town were always with chicks. I watched them throw parties with their friends and have great times. I would sneak a few beers in for myself as often as I could. This was high school when I began my drinking career that lasted until 2007. I have two books and could write three more about the time period between 1987 and 1994 specifically. Anyways, once I found out that the party life is just the exchange of bodily fluids with chicks who are doing the same with everyone else like you, you begin to realize how some people land jobs before others in their younger years. Usually family get people started ahead of the pack and as friendships age certain orbits change and the people in our lives change as responsibilities and "time" become highly regulated with very little time for self. I saw these people get married, have kids, get fat and bitter, and watch as their kids begin their run with technology. Besides these things, and as I watched people I knew absolutely become some of the most hypocritical bitches on the planet and how they use people so completely it made me want to vomit, I continued drinking mass quantities of beer. All the hospital emergency rooms were especially fun when the kids looking after me were making side bets as to whether I would be back dead or alive next time... Anyways, I quit college in 89 and didn't go back till 2007 where I decided to do something about... something and look into what I needed to do to get my AA degree. I didn't know how to type or what a pc was, but I heard of Microsoft. I was 36....
