The problem with the academic world is that it can be a sort of refuge to avoid reality. It is difficult, for example, to pull people from their realities and then place them in a controlled environment. Even for the purposes of a simple survey it is very difficult to get the best possible answers from the cohort. However, when one simply walks into a social setting and asks a question, the answers will come out as real as anything anyone can expect. Out here, people come from all over the world to spend their money and rip it up. Vegas is a place unto itself. So, in my book, there is no better place than here to ask someone this question: If you had it to do all over again, what would you do or not do? The answers are very real...
